- Postage is charged at a flat rate of $10 for parcel post within Australia.
- For any orders over $100, we offer FREE Express Shipping.
- International shipping flat rate $20.
- Most items ship from our warehouse in Sydney via registered post. In stock items will be packed within 2-5 business days.
If you purchase a pre-order item with an in-stock item, you order will be held until all items arrive. If you require any styles that are in stock to be sent first, please place a separate order for that item or contact us and we can arrange an invoice for the additional postage.
- In the event our items are out of stock, we'll notify you via email of updates on your specific order and expected arrival times.
- If you're concerned about shipping times or have purchased an order for a special event, please contact us. We'll endeavour to ensure you receive your item whenever we can.
- We offer obligation free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please contact us before returning the product, so we can schedule your return and the appropriate return address.
- Please note: you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused with the tags still on.
- In some cases we may offer you other solutions without sending the product back.
- once your return is received at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your products and with approval or your refund based on the state of your item/s.
- your refund will be processed on your original credit card. in most instances you receive your money in 3-5 business days.
we only replace products if they are defective or damaged. if you need an exchange, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
